There were utility crews there the whole time we were there (6 nights), They took over the the hotel in that when they got up at 6 am, they would make a lot of noise -not respecting other people's sleep. In the evening, with all the Utility trucks, it was very difficult to find a spot. Moreover, since we were next to the Ice Maker machine, it was non-stop noise. No discretion.
Also, getting the basic coffee in the lobby wasn't a given. I had to go to the local gas station... (their room coffee machine didn't really work..) Lastly, although our room was non-smoking, the Utility worker/guests would smoke right outside our door, of course, it would infiltrate the room. Besides all that, the room in itself was clean and housekeeping did a good job!
