Disappointing stay at this hotel

Pros: Architecturally the hotel was very nice. Most of the staff were very nice, very friendly and very polite.
Cons: Food to be served hot should be kept hot. The containers were placed on tables with no heat underneath. The fruit juices should be kept in a chiller
Location: The hotel was near to a beach but the beach did not have facilities such as a toilet. We went on a pleasant boat trip and washed the sun go down.
When we got to the hotel, it smelled musty. There was mould in the bedroom and more so in the bathroom. The toilet seat had black mould marks, as did the bath.
The room had not been dusted; there was dust everywhere including inside the bathroom and the chairs on the balcony.
The toiletries were decanted into bottles that were filled by staff. One on occasion, shampoo was put into a bottle that held the remains of body lotion. Very unhygienic.
Food that should have been served hot was served lukewarm and fruit and fruit drinks were served at room temperature. The tablecloth was dirty with food stains. The windows seemed not to have been cleaned in a very long time. Nothing on the menu was ever available.

Ambience of this hotel is good. staff is very co-operative but for relaxation etc... what they claim is not up to the mark.... Food quality is ok ok kind of. This hotel is elevated on pillars below that they have created natural fish tank even reception flour is transparent so that you can see the fishes. concept wise it's good however it's not maintained properly.
