I was very upset that they charge extra for fresh breakfast. It was very clearly indicated that breakfast included but received a message from willowhouse. Attached .

As you arrive at the Willow’s, you will enter our gravel car park. As you look at the building, to the right hand side, which is now partially hidden behind our Marquee, you will see a passageway. Through the entrance to our Marquee, If you follow this corridor to another set of doors, turn left and through another set of doors you will find you room, to the right of the path, your room number, is below.
