Sophia was very helpful with her explanation upon arrival and was great during check out. She was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about using busses to different cities and assisted with some great places to eat!

"we had three rooms for three nights. the check-in process was super easy. our contact was Armando. he greeted us via WhatsApp and gave us the check in process which was very straightforward. the rooms were modern, comfortable. the location was great, easy walking access to food and touristy spots too. We had the serenity suite and it was spacious, modern, and really nice.
The staff were extremely super helpful and always keen to help. The receptionist always greeted us on our return from excursions each day asking how it went and wishing us a good evening.
The breakfast in bed was good. Whilst they can only deliver hot food after 8am, they gave us a box on days where we had to eat before that time to get to the excursion meeting point.
Whilst some places are walkable (train station) with 35 degrees we took a cab which are easily available outside of the hotel (5 euros).
I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again. "
