Main house: 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove and TV. Guest house: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an open-plan kitchen, and a living area with TV. In winter, the wood stove fills the house with a soft, pleasant warmth — firewood is provided for your first cozy evenings by the fire. In winter, it’s the perfect time to experience Charente in a different way: cozy wood fires, game nights, shared meals in a friendly kitchen, and hosts always available for tips and local recommendations. Close to Ruffec, Angoulême, Melle, Niort, Aulnay-de-Saintonge, and Saint-Jean-d’Angély, the house is a great base for exploring the region.
