Took our twin 8-year old girls on a quick, weekend trip right before school started. I knew they had a nice pool, but I was completely blown away when we walked out to the "pool" area (which is more like a mini-water-park). I had no idea they had fun water slides, waterfalls, hot tub, hula-hoop contests, free snow-cones, all kinds of fun events for the kids, lazy river with tubes, etc. It was SO much fun. Very family-friendly - I was totally relaxed at letting the girls run around while I lounged in a chair by the pool. The area is small enough that kids won't get lost, but large enough to keep them entertained. We are already planning a longer stay soon.
The hotel is conveniently located next to the Cynthia Woods Pavilion. Love that! Also, the property is in great shape, nice and clean. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The sheets need a little more fabric softener. But overall nice, nice, nice rooms! We love that F&B serves pizza after the shows at the Pavilion. That's a great idea! We were sot hot and hungry after DL and most of the restaurants close by are closed by that time! The staff from front desk to bartenders are very, very nice! One more thing I would advise, other than softer sheets, please add a better gift shop. Would love to have a few more items available. Overall we had a lovely stay! Will come back again!
Hilton Garden Inn at The Woodlands is an excellent hotel with comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. A great breakfast is served by the chef and staff each morning. The hotel is close to many restaurants and the mall.

We usually stay at Hilton when we are going to a concert at Cynthia Woodlands Pavillion but they were booked up this time. I booked at Residence Inn and was impressed. For the same price had a blogger comfortable room. It was closer to walk to concert and staff was awesome! We will be back!
The overall experience was wonderful. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and the breakfast was enjoyable. The only downfalls were things that couldn't be controlled by the hotel. Very pleased and will look forward to staying here again.
