"Everything was clean and wonderful as it's a new build. I would say that you can tell the entire place was slapped together. There were paint drops from the light wall to the dark wall. Next to the shower was a gap, like where tape or something was under the paint and it's coming up. Lastly, the headboard had a huge gap when being put together and the bed was hard as a rock. The entire place smelled like brand new paint, which is great, except it smells like paint. It was so clean, the staff was great, it just seemed so rushed and inauthentic and transactional. I know, what do I expect from a hotel, you're just there for a rest and move on most times, but that's not hospitality. It should feel welcoming and it wasn't, and let me clarify, the ROOM wasn't welcoming. The staff WAS welcoming, I WISH I had taken pictures to back this up, but after 18 hours of traveling and another 6 hours still ahead of me, I wasn't at my prime to remember photos."

"I enjoyed the staff. Breakfast was good. The bar staff were amazing. The room was decently clean.. There was an odor that comes and goes ( I guess when my neighbors had a BM, I smelled it throughout my room). The location is good. Overall it was a good stay."

"Good stay and hotel. Although we booked a suite with what looks like a “kitchen area” in the pics but then it didn’t have any basics (no paper towels or utensils, no dish soap/kitchen towels) free breakfast was slightly above average. Comfy bed."
