"I stayed for 3 nights. The room itself is very clean and is very quiet. Except providing one conditioned shampoo and one bar soap upon arriving, no amenities and no house keeping at all for all 3 days. bed, bathroom and trash stayed the way you left all three days . Key card were not working all 3 days. Need go back to front desk re-key each time. But for the price, I don’t mind. For me , cleanness and quiet is most important. I will book again next time when I’m in Reno. "

"Overall the experience was nice. The lady auditor charged me twice for the deposit, supposedly by mistake. The room was fine, but needed to be swept. The beds were comfortable. The shower worked just fine and the toilet flushed. Coffee and juice were provided free of charge. I lost my ID and when I tried paying g for another night another female audio was very rude, making me feel like I was lying. But an overall enjoyable experience. I recommend it."
