"Free valet parking was a bonus as compared with other hotels that charges a fee. But need to budget extra time for the wait of the car especially during peak season. Swimming pool was not the cleanest- many big flies floating on top of the water, looks very disgusting. There were also many live ones crawling on the shore of the pool. No staff was there to clean when we were there; another family decided to use the net to clean by themselves so their kids could use the pool. My kids were not dare to use it still."

"I checked into this hotel with my family and found our room extremely hot because the air conditioner was not working. Although a technician came and adjusted the settings, the temperature did not improve even after more than two hours. When I asked the property manager for a different room, he refused to provide one, so I decided to check out and requested a full refund. I was given a receipt with no resort or parking charges and told to contact Orbitz for the refund, but so far neither Orbitz nor the hotel has refunded any of my money. On top of this, the property manager was very rude and unhelpful, which made an already bad experience even worse. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel."

"The room was amazing. Very clean. The property is well maintained. There are more amenities than listed. It didn't list that there was a microwave and there was. There was glasses, paper towels, first aid kit, dish soap and sponge. The beds were very comfortable. We rented the room with a queen bed and bunk beds. The walls are kind of thin so we could hear the neighbors quit well but everyone that was staying during our stay were very friendly. There is washer and dryer on property to use. The BBQ area for everyone to use is great. Tables and chairs and fire pits to enjoy. Small park right behind for little kids or a basketball hoop which our son enjoyed as we were there for a basketball tournament. Corn hole for everyone to use. The room had lots of little added touches to make it feel very comfortable. Beautifully decorated. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. We will be back."
