Cozy Colorful Cottage Perfect for 2!

"The property was as advertised, a tiny cottage which was sort of like a studio apartment—the bed took up most of it but it had a good sized full bathroom, a kitchen area with a full sized fridge, microwave, and toaster oven and basic stuff like oil, salt, pepper, etc. It also had a coffeemaker with about 4 different options for filters, but no actual grounds provided. There is an outdoor space with a grill that I didn’t use, so can’t comment on. The bed was sufficiently comfy, there was a dresser to put my clothes in so my bag didn’t take up precious space, and parking and entry were easy. The property manager is a company so there is a website they send you to in order to register completely, which makes things a tiny bit more complicated, but if you have basic tech savviness, you should be just fine navigating that. Otherwise it was pretty easy for me to access the rail trail via bike within a few minutes and to get to Provincetown by car in around 20 minutes. Overall, would stay here again if I am just looking for a comfy place to settle in/read a book in the evening/sleep."

"The newly renovated rooms were bright and comfortable. We didn’t have a chance to try the indoor pool, but it looked nice! The only complaint I have is that our reservation states free breakfast but the management said that was an error. They compromised by paying a portion of our breakfast. I think free breakfast would be a nice amenity since there is a restaurant on the premises. It also would be nice if they gave you an option of tea along with coffee in the rooms."

Everything was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect, and very central for shopping, beaches, and eating. We especially loved having such a beautiful space to relax and spend time together as a family, both inside and outside. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and very helpful, which made everything so easy and enjoyable. We honestly could not have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and memorable family vacation in Eastham!"

"We absolutely loved our stay. The place was cute, spotless and had quality furnishings. The bed was very comfortable, and we had a great set up for coffee in the morning. The yard is very pretty and we really enjoyed sitting on the deck. And the hosts were so nice and helpful-we got an early check-in and they responded immediately to our questions. We rent on the cape pretty often and this place was one of the best."
