"Overall Impression: 4/5 stars. Great location, but mixed service and lingering deposit issues. The location is ideal, surrounded by lots of restaurants, a mall (Terminal 21), and a 7-Eleven. Housekeeping did a fantastic job. The room decor was modern, and maintenance fixed a minor bathroom drainage issue immediately after check-in. However, several drawbacks prevent a higher rating: Deposit Delay: It has been three weeks since checkout, and my security deposit still hasn't been refunded. They are also very restrictive with accepted credit card types. Pre-Arrival Support: Slow and unhelpful responses to simple inquiry messages prior to arrival. Room Layout & Noise: Very little storage/wardrobe space if you are staying longer than a week, thin walls, and limited room service hours. It’s a decent option for location alone, but because of the unresolved deposit issue and minor inconveniences, I am 50/50 on whether I would stay here again or recommend it to others. Especially because next year I will be traveling with a larger group."

"This was a decent/good stay especiallyfor the cost. The hotel room was a duplex style so it was upstairs and downstairs. The room came with an umbrella which was good because of the rain. The room was about a 8/10 on cleanliness and that was primarily the kitchen and bathroom area I had to wipe down though it got better over the next few days with housekeeping and it could just be my personal preference. The store downstairs was convenient as well as the restaurants connected to the hotel. Overall it was not hard getting a grab from this location, I didn't get to check out the sauna and rooftop, but the fitness center did the job to get a nice sweat in on the treadmill and a few weights."

"The hotel is a nice hotel in a good location with good breakfast. It isn't too far from a main street and a mall. The main street is very busy so it took a while to get to the hotel, but we used the metro to get around which was easy and quick. We also used the gym which has pretty good equipment."
