"Loved the floor plan I am handicap and it was so nice to have the kitchen, bar area with large TV and large dining table on the first floor so I could enjoy my time with others! There was also a handicap accessible bathroom and two bedroom on the first floor. We all enjoyed the outside tiki bar area with fire pit and grill. It was a fantastic place for the 20 of us to gather comfortably. Our hosts, Shaun and Shauna , were great; they replied to me with all my pre-trip questions very clearly & quickly"

"Property was great and exactly as described. Check in process with the door code was confusing- instructions said we'd get a permanent code 1 hour before arrival but we never got anything and weren't sure for a day or two if we could lock the door and get back in. Other than that, we'd love to come back!"

"First of all, I must comment on Brian, the host. He was wonderful to work with, quick to respond to my many questions, and so patient with some of our special needs. Brian knew that we were celebrating a few special birthdays and had the fridge stocked with champagne and a cake! I’ve rented a lot of VRBO properties and Brian gets the academy award for best host!Now the house… it was perfect for our 3 generation family. Safety accommodations for the seniors, a great outdoor space for the littles to play, and everything that we could possibly need to cook, eat, and play. The information on the website showed the house accurately. What it didn’t show was how well equipped the house is. Everything a family could possibly need in the kitchen, the bathroom, and bedrooms. Also, the house was clean, directions from the host were clear, and the neighborhood seemed very safe. I’d definitely be willing to rent this house again if traveling in Coldwater.My final thought - if you have a family member with mobility issues, this house seems safe. There are grab bars in the walk in shower, first floor bedrooms and bathrooms, and only 3 steps with a railing to enter the house."
