"We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was comfortable and clean. The location was wonderful with easy access to Windsor Castle. The breakfast was quite nice and the staff was very helpful."
"I reguarly stay at this Hotel, they are always super helpful.
This visit they allowed me to leave a Suitcase with them for four days without any charge."
"This property was in the perfect location. A 5-minute walk to Windsor Castle and10-minutes to the station. There are tons of restaurants and pubs within walking distance.
The property itself was clean and well-maintained. It is a self-serve property --- you use a code to get into the building and keys are located in a lockbox. We had zero issues with this process. It was very easy.
Our room was very spacious and clean. We overlooked the street and the room was very quiet at night.
The only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower but it was not a dealbreaker. "
"Property was great, lots of food options available and can see the top of the castle from the bedroom.
Hotels.com didn't send on all of the check in info, so there was a delay in getting in, but the owner of the property was very quick to respond. "
