Schoolhouse Loft - Centrally Located in the County in a Quiet Rural Setting

"We pictured it to be overtop of the school house but it was next door. The loft is its own charming, 1 bdrm apt. Quite comfortable. The kitchen included a bottle of local wine, eggs from their chickens, maple syrup tapped form their trees & butter. A very nice treat! Thank you!The bed was comfortable. The stars at night were amazing. It was central for getting around. A very nice place to stay."

"The hosts of The County Stay have truly thought of every single detail to ensure their guests feel pampered and comfortable. Their modern country retreat is absolutely beautiful. Inside, the kitchen is huge and fully stocked, the beds offer 'cloud-like' comfort, and the bathrooms are immaculate. Outside, the massive, covered private patio—featuring a BBQ, hot tub, and fire pit—is the perfect place to relax and catch the amazing sunsets. On top of all this, you are only a short drive away from Sandbanks Provincial Park, fantastic wineries, and charming small towns like Bloomfield. It is the ultimate County escape; we will return!"

"We stayed here recently to be close to family in the area and celebrate our mom’s 90th birthday. We loved being right in town and close to everything. The place was clean, comfortable and very spacious to accommodate three of us traveling. Thank you for being such a great host!"

"We had a great experience during our stay. The host was very accessible and responded to any concerns we had very quickly. We were a little disappointed that the record player didn’t work as we had brought some albums for a little retro party night but other than that it was a great space and great location. Highly recommend!!"

"We had an amazing time at this rental, plenty of space between the open style kitchen/dining room, backyard patio, 3 bathrooms and plenty of beds/bedrooms. The property was perfect and we spent lots of time outside during the day, and the pool and ping pong tables got lots of use as well! The fully stocked kitchen really made a big difference compared to other rentals that sometimes only provide the bare minimum. The host was very communicative regarding what to know about the house and the surrounding area. It was a perfect weekend and I would recommend this location to anyone. Thank you!"
