When we arrived, the heating wasn’t on and there were no instructions in the guest book, so we had to message the property manager to figure out how to turn it on. There was also no firewood provided. Additionally, the shower had trouble draining, and the toilet had not been properly cleaned and was covered in urine, which was disappointing. Overall, the home has a lot of potential and we still had a nice stay, but some improvements to cleanliness, maintenance, and clearer instructions would make a big difference."
