rude beyond belief
We had a pre-paid room and showed up at 20 min after midnight and were told that we cannot check in because we did not read the fine print about calling the hotel in advance about being late.
When we arrived, the receptionist left us waiting without explaining why. He then said something about the computer system and needing a manager. When the manager arrived, she gave a lecture about the fine print without even a single sorry, apology or any inclination to help. Her only concern was to get us out of there.
I have not experienced anything this rude in a hotel ever!
