Soft Rock Hotel
This hotel was great and close to transit and the sights. For a hotel of it's rating I expected more of this place. The bottom of our bathroom door looked water damaged and worn away and the shower looked a little dingy. Our Curtains were also slightly off the rail meaning it couldn't be closed properly, not a deal breaker just a little detail that was overlooked.
The major inconvenience was the elevators, trying to check out we had to go down an elevator from the 15th floor, with three elevators and a hotel full of check outs it took upwards of 5 minutes waiting to get on an elevator, and then you were super crowded or had to wait for the next one since they were so full. Once on the elevator it would stop on every single floor even if people had left or gotten on another elevator. It was claustrophobic to say the least. Our room keys also deactivated two hours early which added to our elevator chaos.
I just expected more from a hotel with such great reviews...hard rock left me disappointed I guess it's more of a novelty hotel more than anything.
