Nice location to Park

I have stayed here twice so far and this time around I was a little disappointed. my room that I paid for an upgrade for was run down and needed new furniture. peeling chair and bed frame and room was not dusted at all vents and tv. I don't see how the staff would push an upgrade on you to deliver a room of that standard, they upgraded me to fairmont gold and I was disappointed. but over all this place is affordable and conviently located in the center.

Absolutely awesome hotel

Although I spent a night here, I should've stayed longer, and that I did. Loved it so much, I'll be back to stay again and again...

Walk to Millennium

Pros: Location
Cons: Lighten up on the pricey add ons
Location: Downtown Chicag - plenty to see and do
Enjoyed our limited stay here, great location for Millenium Park, and a short walk to Chicago Theatre. If I had any complaint, its lack of free wi-fi, and Valet Parking is rather pricey. The hotel is already quite expensive, and this seems unnecessary.

Great location

Pros: Location Gym/ spa
Cons: Have the correct price of the Lakeshore gym listed so there are no surprises Check-in could have been a little faster- system was down
I thought the hotel was in a really good location. For the price I thought everything was good. Seemed like maybe it was just a small notch below a Marriott type hotel but they still did well. I did like the gym and spa- was nice to relax in the steam room there. Also there was access to the Lakeshore gym- it was $20 which was a surprise because I seemed to remember the website saying it was less- but the gym was pretty amazing.

Centrally located to everything down town.

Pros: Clean, location, staff
Cons: Valet pricing is quite high. Self parking is quite confusing
Most things were within walking distance. Staff was super helpful and nice, especially Benji at Valet Station. Very friendly and eager to help. Would definitely stay here again.

This location was perfect for us. An easy walk to restaurants and the beach. Also, a plus that a CVC pharmacy is right across the street for water, snacks, beer...
