"This is a lovely little lakeside cottage, small and clean and well-equipped. We (my partner, myself and another family member) to attend a family wedding nearby. The sofa bed was quite comfortable (according to the family member). We didn't feel crowded with three people--it would be super-comfortable for a couple alone. The host was extremely responsive. In fact, we owe him an apology--we turned up at the wrong cottage (in our defense, it was dark and late and we were tired) and he responded right away, although by then we had figured out our mistake."

"Beautiful piece of property on the shores of Lake Winnisquam in Tilton, NH. Host met us there when we checked in to give us the lay of the area! Close to restaurants, country store (GREAT breakfast sandwiches and coffee) and other lakes and State Parks. Met some great neighbors as well. Rooms were very nice and clean, nice patio and literally 100 feet from the lake where we kept our kayaks. A great spot for my wife and I, but a terrific place for a family as well. We would absolutely consider returning next year!!"

Also the lobster store in the front says it’s a 1ml per hour road so drive slow as his customers tend to come out unaware to look for the cars in and out of the property. Easy access to lake winni too overall it’s a cute spot"
