"We have traveled the world and have seen numerous properties that stated you just needed your clothes and basically everything else would be provided. They all fell short until we booked this fabulous home with Al. From the very beginning, Al answered every single question we had providing the highest level of customer service possible. Check in was a breeze, he was accessible for our entire trip and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. Our entire family loved the house which offers quiet spaces to curl up and read a book, gathering spots like the large dining table for family meals and nearby amenities like tennis and multiple pools. Here is a list of things we brought because we didn't really believe SO much was going to be provided. If you are thinking of bringing these items, leave them at home:Beach towels, laundry pods, dryer sheets, ziplock bags, saran wrap, spices, body wash, lemon squeezer, blender, beach shoes, bug spray, beach umbrellas, coolers, plastic utensils, meat thermometer, puzzles, games, etc! Unless you have something so specific you can't live without, leave it at home and pack 30% less than you need. With two washers and dryers, even if you went through your clothes a bit fast, you can do a quick load of laundry which is far better than overpacking. Five stars is not enough for Al and his team! We were so looking forward to this family vacation and it was full of laughter, exploration, gorgeous sunsets and wonderful meals."

"Everything exceeded expectations! The property manger was extremely accommodating and easy to work with. The beach views were surreal. I caught my screen-agers putting down their phones and just watching the ocean. My son loved putt-putt and my daughter loved laying by the pool. I loved that the pool was shaded so we could swim for hours without getting too much sun. Having everything stocked was extremely convenient. I especially appreciated the beach towels and shoes being so plentiful and accessible. Having the river access was really unique. It was like its own private beach and sitting on the dock was really cool. While there are natural rock formations on the shoreline in front of the house, we still had plenty of space to access the ocean. I really liked that the beach was not overcrowded. We would see people walking by but no one was setting up camp on the beach anywhere near us. The town had everything we needed. Getting to Publix was very simple and DoorDash was very quick despite it being a beach town during the summer. We enjoyed grilling out one night and it was really cool that everything we needed (but the food of course) was there. A special bonus for me was that we didn't have an extensive to do list before checking out. That was a big relief. As the mother of the group/planner of all our trips, I can easily say this was the most simple and stress-free trip for ME that we've ever had. We can't wait to go back!"

"Stocked to the rafters. We needed sandwich bags….yes, they had them. Couple of tool kits that came in handy. Plenty of towels…..plenty of everything. Not sure there was anything that we needed that they did not have…..in abundance. Check in and especially the checkout were painless. Next time we come to Florida, I’ll look for BHIP properties to book. On a scale of 0-10, it was an 11."
