"Our stay was wonderful overall. The home was great for anyone traveling with pets, with a fenced in backyard. The home is from the early 1900's so it did have some quirks, but it was cute for a rental & served its purpose!"

"Had some issues with the code on the front door but called and they were able to let me in. Everything seemed clean and wifi worked. Nice TVs in bedrooms and den. Would have been nice to have an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Area is a little sketchy but felt safe inside the apartment. Would stay here again."

"Everything was amazing besides the communication with the Host. It took 2 days to let us know last min if we could have a late check out. The host responded last min and let us know we could have a late check out when we tried to plan ahead and ask 2 days in advance."

"Pros: Good shower (water pressure & temp), Comfortable beds (with flatter pillows), Everything was clean (except moldy shower curtain), House temperature (after the initial hour of arrival) AC maintained well (2 bedrooms no ceiling fans), Clean refrigerator/freezer with good space. Parking (always found a place but not always close to apt), Checkin directions were a bit tricky (but eventually figured it out), Lighting in some bedrooms was minimal. **Bathroom sink water flow was only a trickle at “full force”, Shower hot/cold control directions were opposite but once we figured out, it worked out. Easy checkout."

"Very nice neighborhood - apartment was nice - host was helpful when needed for minor issue . The back yard was so nice but grass had not been mowed and there was no where to sit and enjoy . Would suggest getting a new bed / mattress and the couch and chair in the living room really were not comfortable at all to sit on - so just need a few updates"

"This rental was very clean, and over all a good experience. We had clean and comfortable bed to sleep in, a nice bathroom, working AC, and this location was close to all of the activities we had planned for our stay. I do agree with other reviewers though, that is it a bit inconvenient to go through 3 doors to get to the apartment, and parking at night when the restaurant below was crowded could be tricky at times, however there is another lot on the other side of the building."

"Great 2 night stay, property was as described. Nice, quiet south St Louis neighborhood close to the Hill so Italian restaurants abound. There’s also a nice little eatery the next block over which is worth visiting. Check-in was easy. On street parking was always available although finding a spot right in front of the flat is hit or miss after about 9pm. I will stay at this property again next time in St Louis."

"Small living room but plenty of space otherwise. Wooden floors and stairs were very creaky and loud. Nice updated kitchen. Parking can be challenging. Cleanliness was not top shelf but altogether our needs were met."
