The property is nice. I want to recommend it to others. However, be mindful parking may be dear and it is a tourist area. That do contribute to a higher budget in general.

The Hotel was in a great location for local amenities and had good transport links. Staff and locals were very friendly.

From the moment we arrived until we checked out the staff was wonderful! The front desk staff was the best I’ve ever encountered and were most knowledgeable, helpful accommodating and friendly. The room was lovely, clean and spacious. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel.

Excellent Hotel
Everything in this hotel was very nice, however I did have one problem with the cleaner as one day the room was not cleaned properly. I was a bit upset that the cleaner stated my husband had told her not to touch anything (and this was not true), however I was very happy the the staff did take my compliant very seriously and ensured my room was always cleaned to a good standard. We were also offered a free lunch which was a nice gesture. The hotel is spacious and with a beautiful interior. The breakfast staff were absolutely AMAZING, very kind, friendly and patient with my children. Also the night staff were very helpful and always smiling and happy to see us.

Great service
Very good facility. Suprised with the quality and excellent service. Full size gym in the basement of the hotel is available. Hotel is not new, same as the gym, but well maintained and clean. From the negative observation - on the -2 level or -1 where the pool should be located, there is ongoing construction and facility is not available and was not presented at the checkin and on the offer website. Beside that I highly recommend this hotel. I will come back. Thank you

Great place to stay before and after your flight from Schiphol. Clean, good service, convenient, shuttle service to and from the airport. Modern and large rooms with wonderful beds. Recommend the breakfast buffet.

3 nights at superior room
The room is spacious and the bed is super big and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will come back next time. The beach is stone away from the hotel. The shopping street is just behind the hotel within a few minutes walk. The swimming pool is a bit smaller than usual hotel pool but it's warmer due to the size.

Great Hotel. Will stay here again
This is the second time that I've stayed here. Both times were great. Great hotel, staff are well trained and attentive. WIFI is amazing. Rooms are big, bed a little hard, but the bathrooms are great shower room and bath. Perfect. Great value for money. I know it was out of season, but price was great.

The hotel room was really pleasant and all I needed was available although not easy to fibd on arrival. The breakfast was good although very expensive in comparison with other like hotels. the location was central in the town and easily reach from Leiden station by bus or taxi.

Stay was fine. Staff is nice. Accommodation is nice. Just everything a bit too clinical without character. But if you like that type of hotel, go for it! I went in peak season, and there was NO ONE eating breakfast in the morning. A sign that something is off...

Providing in the reception water with mint and lime was welcoming. It would make guests more comfortable it they provided a small bottled water in the rooms everyday as some hotels do. Water is s healthy drink afterall

There are mostly good but I have bad experience with this hotel stay and staff was responded without responsible. I brought a cake and wanted to store in the Fridge to cut in the evening but Fridge was not working and I called them to fix, in my 2days stay they didn't try to fix and on top of that they asked me to keep in their fridge in the reception. Not even asked for excuse for this.

It could have done with more milk in the room. There wasn’t enough for even one coffee and when we asked for more, we were given a tiny amount. Other than that, it was perfect.

Comfortable place to stay.
Enjoyed my stay at the Palace. Staff were helpful and well trained. I got an upgrade to a superior room. Which was very comfortable, but the décor was a little tired. Lots of interesting restaurant in the area. Would stay here again. Can't comment too much on the area, as the weather was so bad.

Stinky toilet
This was my second stay at the hotel, I arrived late at night. As soon as i got in the room I went to the bathroom and realized there was a very strong smell of urine. The toilet was clean however the small was coming from the air ventilation system just above the toilet. I was tired because of the late arrival hence I went directly to bed, however this was not pleasant. I believe they could have changed the room nevertheless this incident should have not happened considering the number of stars and the room cost.

good hotel - but dodgy taxi company
Good stay overall. One issue with taxi that the lady at reception kindly booked for us as the driver sneakily stole my card details and charged me over 500 euros days after I left. I have contacted the taxi company to sort the issue out but I would hope you selected better partners for your guests!

Overnight Business Stay
Arrival, you head down to a secure well lit car park. Heading into the elevator, you then go to a large open reception, bar and restaurant area, overlooking the front of the property. A warm reception greets you, followed by an informative check in. Friendly, polite, professional. The room, spacious, great to have a balcony to sit out at, next to the roof terrace... A comfortable living area, and nice large bed. Nespresso machine and plenty of pods always great to see when travelling, and working hard. The bathroom had a large bathtub and a spacious shower enclosure. His and Hers sinks always make a bathroom feel special. The food in the restaurant and wine were both delightful. Perfectly cooked was the only description for my scrumptious meal. The pool area, sauna and steam room were perfect for relaxation. The gym in the hotel was among the best Hotel gyms I have ever been in. Spacious, well equipped and private. I would definitely stay here again when next in the area.

A pleasant Hotel well kept, nice area.
Nice hotel, a little expensive considering brekfast not included, that cold have been the time of year due to the flower festival, the room was nice with a steam shower.

My stay started a bit rocky as we arrived at 2:30 a.m. as we drove from Frankfurt, Germany (5 hr drive). When we arrived there was no one at the desk, I called the hotel multiple times and no one answered, and I rang the intercom at the door multiple times. I had called ahead twice actually to let them know it would be a late arrival (once when I thought originally about 10pm, and again when I thought after 2am). I was exhausted as my spouse and I were also traveling with a 2 year old. Other than that rough start, our stay was wonderful. The location is fantastic, walking distance to the beach, and a short drive to Keukenhof. Our room was nice, the bed comfortable, the toddler crib was perfect for my child, everything was clean, and styled nice even down to the paintings on the wall. The shower and bathtub were perfect for our family. We were also lucky enough to be on the 5th floor with a balcony and our view was lovely. We ordered breakfast, which was expensive (19.00 euro per person), but WELL worth it. My husband is more of a foodie than I am, and we were both equally impressed (so was my 2 year old who devoured everything I would let him). They also have a play area on a lower level my son was enjoyed, and a pool that sadly we didn't have time for. I would gladly stay again.

March stay in Noordwijk's Radisson Blu hotel
I had stayed in Radisson Blu Palace Hotel for few nights in the beginning of March 2018. In general, hotel was rather good: clean and cozy. Room size for 4-star hotel was rather small when compared with other similar hotels in the area (it was my 6-th trip to Noordwijk over last 10 years). It will also will be nice if at least 1 or 2 electrical outlets will take North American plugs, even at 220 volts, but it was a very minor inconvenience. What was more inconvenient - breakfast. While hotel had offered a selection of different foods - I can say that its quality was quite average, when again, compared with other 4-star hotels in the area: some hot entries were rather cold and stale, porridge with cereals were also not very appetizing; however, breads and cold cuts were quite good. Hotel stuff was very friendly and accommodating. Sauna and pool were good too. However, it will be nice if hotel had long towels in sauna room to wrap thyself after swim or shower; putting robes in rooms will help too. Another thing worth mentioning: an excellent room's shower with side jets, steam and eucalyptus oil vaporizing.

Nice hotel & Amazing shower
Nice hotel. I spend two very good nights. Nice facilities. I just wished I had taken my swimsuit to enjoy the pool, etc... On the other hand, I had a treat with the shower. I will never forget this hotel because of the shower: 3 buttons, 6 minutes wait and all the spa treatments at once in your bathroom!
