Auf FeWo-direkt war eine Kaution von 100 (bar) angegeben, über Belvilla wurden dann 161,99 gefordert, die nur via PayPal über deren Portal bezahlt werden konnten. Diese "Kaution" stellte sich als nicht erstattungsfähige Reinigungs- und Servicegebühren heraus – was erst nach Nachfrage im Chat bestätigt wurde. Auch in den Vertragsunterlagen wird weiterhin von "Kaution" gesprochen, obwohl diese nicht zurückerstattet wird. Die Zahlungsaufforderung erreichte uns am Wochenende mit nur 4 Stunden Zahlungsfrist, was unnötigen Stress verursachte.Anfragen über das Buchungsportal blieben unbeantwortet, die Kommunikation war nur über externe Kanäle möglich.Bei Ankunft fehlte Bettwäsche für ein Bett. Nach über einer Stunde Kontaktaufnahme über Webformulare und Hotlines rief der Eigentümer an und gab uns einen Code für ein Nachbarhaus, wo wir selbst Bettwäsche holen mussten.Bei der Abreise wartete der Putzservice bereits ab 10:00 Uhr und ging sofort nach unserem Weggang um 11:00 Uhr ins Haus, obwohl laut Mietvertrag eine Abreise bis 12:00 vorgesehen war.Das Haus ist neu, aber die Organisation, versteckte Kosten und unzureichende Ausstattung trüben den Aufenthalt. Allerdings war es nicht ganz so gut ausgestattet, wie wir dachten: es fehlte Handseife und Toilettenpapier, sodass wir das extra kaufen müssten. In der Beschreibung stand, dass es einen Grill gibt's aber dieser war nirgends zu finden. Der Ofen war leider defekt, er hat nur bis 30 Grad aufgeheizt, dann nicht mehr. Ich wollte jemanden kontaktieren, um wegen des Grills zu fragen, was sich als sehr schwierig erwies. Der KI Assistent konnte mir hierbei nicht weiterhelfen. Nachdem ich 2x von verschiedenen Kontaktnummern immer nur weiter verwiesen wurde, habe ich der dritten Nummer eine SMS geschrieben und bis heute leider keine Antwort bekommen. Also Haus und Garten wunderschön, aber Kontaktaufnahme schwierig und einiges hat gefehlt oder nicht funktioniert. ##### Sarah D.
