"This is a beautifully designed home in a prime location within easy walking distance of shops along the pieton, the museum, and restaurants . The house is well-furnished and has a well-maintained garden that is generally quiet, although the neighboring houses and a large school are close by. Directions/ instructions, as provided by many VRBO owners, would have been helpful, though we were able to eventually figure things out related to TV, recycling, washer and dryer.. management of the property could be less cumbersome. We paid the rental fee to Belvilla. Then a deposit was paid to another company (Ourthe et Somme), and check in and check out was done through a third company ( apparently a local hotel who couldn’t provide much information. For some reason, all info related ti check out procedures were written only in Dutch, though the house is in Wallonie. I may hesitate to rent through Belvilla in the future"
