Very nice room and nice facilities, but mixed experience with staff. Some were helpful, others impatient and curt. An email request for a corrected receipt, after the one reluctantly produced turned out to be wrong, was ignored altogether.

Did not seem well kept. The room was okay. Room service did not replenish enough towels... they should know how many guests are staying in the room and we had to ask for additional towels since there was the three of us. Front desk was very responsive and friendly. Loved the coffee bar downstairs. Easy walk to all venues outside of the hotel.

Every single person working at this facility was extremely polite and welcoming. I’ve stayed in so many hotels across the world and I have to say this was the best experience I’ve ever had staying at a hotel. Ordered food at 3am and it was fantastic. My cloths got folded in the short period of time my wife and I left the room and came back to a spotless room. Overall amazing experience. Will be staying here every time I come to Chicago.
