Disgusting smells and filthy carpets

Pros: Location and proximity to MassMoCA
Cons: Complete remodeling and new vaccum cleaners. Replace the rugs with wood flooring. Upgrade bathrooms.
The hotel air reeked of filthy old disgusting carpeting and the dirty air from bad vacuum cleaners that only circulate the mold and dust. The toilet was not only very small and low, but it wasnt fastened securely to the bathroom floor. The sink didnt drain well. The pillows were huge and like rocks. The towels were non absorbant. The linens were clean and white and the pillows did not smell. Breakfast in the adjacent restaurant was delicious and service was excellent. The hotel staff was very pleasant.

Close to mountains, stone's throw from Mass Moca

Came here with another family. After hiking Mt. Greylock on Saturday, we stayed here. The girls enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and ping pong table, while the adults enjoyed time together at the bar. And then we ate dinner at the in-hotel restaurant, which had really good food. On Sunday, the adults walked over to Mass Moca, while the girls walked over to the movie theater. We would stay here again.

Overall nice night

Overall the stay went well. There was three (3) of us there for one night and were were promised when booking the hotel free breakfast. Although when we got there, only received a voucher for $20 off for the breakfast. We still had to pay about $12, including tip. Other than that, the room was a good size, the fridge, TV, and bathroom were up to our standards. The hotel was in a town but when leaving the town, it was a rural countryside with not much to it, so finding other food places and such was difficult, although there is a Walmart and Subway close by. We did have a nice stay here and would come again.

Close to MCLA

I liked this hotel. It is close to MCLA which is why I was in North Adams. I think including a continental breakfast would have been nice for the price.
