When we checked in, they really struggled with accessing the reservation we made through Hotels.com. Even though we had already paid for our stay they insisted we hadn't, and once they had been shown proof that we had, were very short and snippy with us about how in the future we should call them directly to get a better price instead of going through a website. We had to use valet as the parking garage is closed to visitors due to construction. The wait to get our car back upon checkout was quite long, and our car had actually been sitting out in the front entry area for a long time before they told us it was ready, only admitting it had been there for 10+ minutes when we asked if it was difficult to get to where it had been parked.
The pool was fun for the kids and the breakfast buffet had a lot of options, though the food got cold very quickly with the AC on so high in the dining area. The dinner menu was mostly southern food and the service in the restaurant was slow, but friendly.
