"Walking into the hotel to check in I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. She was very accommodating and happy to help. The property is very well kept and the amenities were great. The only bad part was the jets on the outside hot tub don’t stay on for more than 7 minutes. The room was very clean, nice balcony, and comfy bed. Breakfast was good in the morning, a lot to choose from. When I checked out, I was greeted again by a different receptionist who was just as friendly. 5 star hotel with all aspects of our stay! "

"Nothing much to mention. We stayed one night, just traveling through. One thing to mention though... The next morning as we were leaving, a man that was working around the pool, yelled at us for how we were parked. My husband had backed into a handicap spot because we had a scooter hanging of the back hitch. He got really close to the handicap sign when he parked. The man yelled and said we were to close. We told him there was nothing wrong with the sign. He didn't care to here our explanation as to why. Very rude man. No good morning, how was your stay. Only yelling about the stupid handicap sign that wasn't touched much less damage. I would never stay here again, even though our room was very clean and comfortable for our 1 night stay."

"I would highly recommend doing more research on all they have to offer. I feel we missed out on some really great things just because I didn’t fully look into it. That was of my own fault. The kids loved the pool. We have done said we will definitely be back so they can enjoy the outside one as well. We went during off season. Everyone was very inviting and friendly."
