The room was extremely small but very nice and the hotel is well located!
Love the hotel and it’s the only one we’ll stay at when in Birmingham. Great location and great rooms. The biggest negative is their bar. The staff are so uninterested and so disengaging and none looked like they even wanted to be there. Actually, they’re bordering on rude at times. No sign whatsoever ...
Really excellent breakfast, clean rooms and good location.
Ignore the outer appearance which is, like most of that arjea, pretty drab. This hotel is very nice inside with excellent staff who are all polite and happy to be of service. The rooms are well appointed and little touches matter, like the curtains that are fixed down on the outer edges to stop light ...
Central location. Staff very helpful. Reduced car park rates.
Staff were very friendly, easy check in & the rooms were clean
Easy check-in and check-out. As room ready we were given room key earlier than 3pm actual check-in time. Staff on reception and in bar were polite, friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.
The hotel was very close to the ICC where the conference was being held.
Clean. The plug socket near the mirror could have been higher as it was awkward to dry hair sitting on the floor. Everything from check-in to checkout was smooth.
