All the staff seemed happy to be working at the hotel. The upgraded room was very spacious and had stunning views from the window."

Also, I would have liked to not receive an email the day before I am due to check out, asking me to check out online. I think it takes away from your experience of being away if it feels like the hotel is rushing you to check out. "
