"The staff were friendly and the recreational facilities, such as the pool, were excellent, but there were issues with everything else. First of all, even though it was check-in time, we were told our room wasn’t ready and had to wait quite a while. The dormitory room was infested with mosquitoes, and to make matters worse, there were even bedbugs—it was a nightmare."

"We loved our stay there, but let’s face it. You get what you pay for. This place is not a 5 star resort. However we didn’t pay for a 5 star experience. The whole place is in need of a renovation. The breakfast is not great. Neither is the gym. HOWEVER, the staff was amazing and we loved our “rustic” villa. You will love it there. Just have in mind it’s rustic, and a very affordable “5 star” resort. "

"I loved our stay. It was like the bungalow I stayed at when I came here 30years ago. Nothing fancy but clean sheets, comfortable bed, little restaurant was great. The surf can be a bit rough. You can easily walk into town, all the things you need. We rented a scooter do we could beach hop, next beach over is lovely and calm. If you have a scooter go check out 2C Bar, amazing!! "

"We absolutely loved our stay here! From the front desk, staff to the shuttle drivers to the housekeeping staff as well as the breakfast crew, we couldn’t have asked for better people!! Everyone was just so friendly and helpful and there when we needed them. We felt very cared for, attended to and safe. The rooms were very spacious and absolutely beautiful. The beds were super comfortable and the outdoor shower was a really nice surprise. The air-conditioning worked well and the pillows were amazing. The showers always had hot water and the room was set up so you got to go to sleep to the sea and wake up to the sea!! The beach chairs and the little couch outside so that we could have a nap outside and the little table and chairs were so nice so we could have a morning coffee there and listen to the waves. We loved that you could just walk down the beach with your bare feet and your bathing suit on and choose any of them many restaurants to eat at. And they were all so good. Also rate on the beach is a little supermarket with ATM so it’s really handy if you need anything It was an absolute perfect day and we would highly recommend to anyone and we are also coming back for sure"
