### Charming duplex 10 minutes from Chatelaillon-Plage

The accommodation is independent, with private access and a patio which will allow you to share meals in the open air while being quiet.   
It has been renovated with a kitchen open to the living room with sofa and cable and fiber TV.   
The upstairs bedroom is very spacious and very quiet.   
The accommodation is at the back of another house but you have a patio and private entrance.   
You are a stone's throw from the village center which has a bakery, a café and a grocery store.   
The village of Thaire is 7' by car from the magnificent Chatelaillon beach and 20' from the Old Port of La Rochelle.

Location bien située: au calme tout en étant proche des grandes villes. Bon contact avec le propriétaire. Seul l équipement de la cuisine gagnerait à être complété, mais cela reste de l ordre de qq ustensiles. Nous recommandons ce lieu!

#### Lovely gite.

We had a lovely stay at Carole and David’s gite. Very clean, very comfortable large bed and was nice to have the patio area to sit out in. An ideal place to stay with easy access to beaches and La Rochelle. We would definitely stay here again. Great hosts.
