"Great hotel, room was very modern, clean and comfortable with beautiful Mountain views. Great location, near ski lifts and ski bus across the road. Breakfast was excellent, wide range of options, 6 courses at dinner was excellent. Afternoon snack was delicious too and great for when you come off the slopes. Loved the spa especially the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Dressing gown slippers and towels provided. Will definitely be back. "

"Good location for Merano 2000 cable car and botanical gardens. It is 3k from Merano centre and while there is a bus taking the car was more convient for us, parking on edge of town. The hotel itself is part of camping hermitage, which seems to be main focus. The hotel could use some re-imagining. For example, removing the net curtains obscuring the great view. Staff not that welcoming though this may be lack of confedence speaking English. We enjoyed our stay in area. The nearby lido is...

"Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here"

"This is a wonderful property with so many great amenities. We were in town for a wedding so it was a quick trip and we were away most of the evening. Would have loved to have more time to stay. "I couldn’t figure out how to get the air conditioner to work but thankfully it wasn’t too hot and I left the windows cracked open during the night for cool air. "Located in a lovely scenic position high up on a hill side, the property is staffed by wonderfully hospitable people determined to make our stay memorable. To our surprise, the property had a small pool and exercise area as well as games area. The recommendation of a nearby restaurant was spot on (5 minute walk) plus a great breakfast also kept us well fed. The only concerns are that the property is a bit of a drive off the main motorway and the wifi was slow. But those are small concerns...

Modern, clean-Possibly the Best Place We’ve Stayed
"This place is near the heart of Bolzano. Modern, clean, bright and well appointed. My wife and I stayed here and greatly enjoyed our time. Close to restaurants and attractions. Staff were helpful. Room is large and functional. Extremely modern controls. Our room had stunning view of the mountains. There’s also a fantastic gym with new equipment. We definitely stay here again."
