"Very professional and clean hotel, the lobby smelled nice upon entering. Our room was very clean. We especially enjoyed the Byredo luxury shampoo and soap they offered. The beds and pillows were also very comfortable and we were able to black out our room with the curtains and enjoy crisp AC. We were able to get some cocktails from the bar in the lobby which was super convenient and parking the car was simple and felt safe ( parking was included with my booking), they also offered valet rates and daily rates. Location is nice, we were able to get to the Galleria, The Heights, and Montrose area within 15 minutes."
