With 224 m² of living space, the villa is distributed over two floors connected by external stairs. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a queen size bed (180 cm), a second bedroom with a queen size bed (180 cm), a bedroom with two single beds and two fully equipped bathrooms with shower. A fully equipped kitchen and a pleasant living room with lots of natural light and access to the terrace and the swimming pool.

The villa has beautiful terraces for spending time outdoors. Next to the living room, there is a covered terrace with gas barbecue and table for outdoor dining, a swimming pool with stairs to access inside and a sun lounger area for sunbathing. On the plot there is space to park 3 vehicles.
It is 850 m from the restaurant "Brevis", 1 km from the supermarket "Pepe la Sal", 2 km from the town "Moraira", 2 km from the sandy beach "playa de L'Ampolla", 2 km from the rocky beach, 4 km from the golf course "club de golf Ifach" and it is located in an ideal area for families and close to shops and restaurants.

La villa está muy bien, las habitaciones son amplias, aunque el salón es un poco pequeño. La cocina perfectamente equipada. La zona de la piscina estupenda, aunque la piscina estaba un poco sucia y tenía mucho cloro, necesita un poco más de mantenimiento. En general ha sido una estancia estupenda y hemos disfrutadoun montón!!
