This is a very beautifully furnished, luxurious and modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which has recently been renovated this March. The apartment has absolutely everything you could possibly need on your doorstep. It has Samsung WI-FI 49 inch UHD LED TV, English freeview TV, BBC, ITV Channel 4 & 5. Situated in the centre of Moraira this lovely apartment is only a 2-minute walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants in the area. There is absolutely nowhere on the Costa that is anywhere like Moraira. It is located right in the very centre of Moraira. It is less than 50 meters from the beach and near some fantastic bars and restaurants. The apartment is close to the wide, palm-fringed boulevard running through the centre of Moraira and on to Moraira Castle. The stunning Moraira Marina acts as the perfect visual backdrop to the castle. A short walk gives you a fantastic view across Moraira’s Playa D’Ampolla beach and on to the impressive Penon d’Ifach (Calpe Rock) in the distance

Great Apartment in Great Location
This apartment is situated in the heart of Moraira town. It is within walking distance of restaurants, bars shops. It's a good base for traveling around the coast to other nearby towns. The property is modern and bright and has recently had renovations to the kitchen and bathrooms. We were met by Kelly who gave us a warm welcome as always and looked after us during our stay. She was on hand to deal with any queries we had. Looking forward to our next stay.

Great base for enjoying Moraira Town
Very spacious apartment right in the town centre, close to everything including the beach of course. Balcony is a real feature, sun all afternoon. Well equipped. Extra shower room really handy. Kelly is great and local, knows everything too. The apartment is above a popular square with bars and now a kiddie's playground so bear in mind if you prefer serenity - it's a fair trade off though for being within a short walk of all the best Moraira has to offer. Have stayed here many times now.

Fabulous Apartment - Great Location
Had another great holiday staying at this fabulous apartment. It spacious, clean and well equipped and is in a great location with shops, restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Kelly met us on arrival an was on hand to deal with any queries. She was as helpful as always. We will definitely be back for another stay. Will definitely be back.

Excellent apartment with everything you need.
We have just spent a week at this apartment during the new year period. Kelly met us on arrival and could not be more helpful. She let us know that she was available at any time but we didn’t need too. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and more for a wonderful stay. We will definitely return.

Intrusive camera in living room
Great location, large and spacious, good size terrace. Negatives: 1 toilet roll for 2 bathrooms. No ironing board. No hanging space in twin room. Dirty terrace, had not been swept or cleaned, old bird droppings everywhere. We were not informed of a camera in place in the living room, which I am sure is illegal. Unacceptable invasion of privacy.

Great Location but with problems
Starting on a positive, excellent location, check in was fabulous and communication fantastic. Unfortunately shower in en-suite was broken, wc in ensuite broke first day, spa bath keys were full of grime and it hadn’t been descaled. Tiles on side of bath were broken and hanging off. Underground parking was unavailable due to recent guest being stuck. We left after the first night due to the constant noise for the apartment below. I would like to add that the welcome from Kelly, Lilli and Iris was 2nd to none.

Great location
2nd visit. Ideal spot if you want to be able to walk to all the best places in Moraira. Well equipped apartment, clean and secure. Great balcony for afternoon and early evening hours of sunshine. Yes you can hear the diners in the square below but for us that’s a pleasant holiday background. Kelly is lovely and very helpful.

Double bed causes problems because of a 300 mm black surround around the bed. Your guaranteed to bang your leg on it somewhere.

Perfect place
The apartment was perfect for what we needed. It’s in the centre of town and literally a two minute walk to the beach and all of the bars and restaurants in Moraira. Would definitely recommend staying here.
