On the main level, you'll find an open living and dining area equipped with satellite TV, digital TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. This level also features a room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and a fan, as well as an exit to the terrace. Another room on this level has a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and a fan, while a third room houses two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) and a fan. The open kitchen on this level is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, three induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, and it leads out to the terrace. There is also a separate shower/WC on this level.

The villa is equipped with a variety of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient vacation experience.
