Saona Villas presents this beautiful villa with private pool located in a quiet area and enjoying a central location, just 1.5 km from the center of Moraira, a charming little seaside town on the Costa Blanca.
Welcoming villa for 6 people with 3 bedrooms. It is close to the main beaches and coves close to the center of Moraira, where you will find a wide variety of bars and restaurants and can enjoy the beautiful sunrise.
Distances: Beach 2 km. Supermarket and restaurant 1 km away. City center 1.5 km.
Comfort: Free WiFi Internet connection. Air conditioning (2 units): in 2 bedrooms. Living area of approximately 150 m².
Inside: Living / dining room with satellite TV + DVD. Fully equipped kitchen (hob, fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, kettle). From the kitchen, we access the barbecue area, at the back of the villa, with a dining area, surrounded by a pretty garden. 1 bedroom (1 double bed) + air conditioning. 1 bathroom with shower. 1 bedroom (2 single beds) + air conditioning. 1 bedroom (1 double bed). 1 bathroom. Washing machine.
Outside: Enclosed grounds, beautiful variety of palm trees and southern flowers. Beautiful private swimming pool of 8 x 4 meters with internal steps. Outdoor shower + deckchairs. Large outdoor terraces, covered and uncovered, garden furniture. Barbecue area at the back of the villa (accessible from the kitchen). Parking for 1 car on property.
ALL INCLUSIVE / except: Deposit: €600 / stay by credit card or in cash (deposit debited and returned approximately 1 week after departure, provide a RIB for reimbursement if you pay in cash).
