"From the moment we arrived the staff were attentive and friendly, after a 3 and half hour journey we had a lovely roast dinner and a beer which went down very well. "Great stay. Hotel located within walking distance of Temple Meads station, local bus stops and Cabot Circus shopping centre. We were greeted warmly by staff at reception and had no issues checking in, or out. The room was fantastic. We stayed in a double double room on the top floor with views of Castle Park. Room was clean and modern, as was the rest of the hotel. Our only small issue was how firm the mattress was, but once you'd got use to it. We both slept well. The pillows were fantastic, like sleeping on a fluffy cloud. We only stayed one night. But would highly recommend and would definitely stay again."
