9.2/10 Wonderful! (145 reviews)
This hotel is okay. Not even close to a 5 stars. Too expensive for what it offers. It is beautiful and has an excellent location, the staff is nice enough but the building has more history than comfort.

8.4/10 Very good! (386 reviews)
"Reception staff were brilliant. They gave us a fantastic 2 bedroom suite. The hotel itself is really beautiful. Some places rate it 4 star and some 5 but I would definitely say it’s more towards 5 star. Water in the shower was not very hot and water pressure was weak. Room was quite chilly at night. ..."
