Hotel is in process of being renovated so when I come back it will be fresh and like new. Did have problem with commode running thru which was a little inconvient. Did have plumber in but problem was not resolved

The property and it's entrance from highway 29 is very hard to see. I did not see a sign anywhere.

I do apologise about the we do not have a sign from HWY 19. Our main entrance in on the service road and that is were our sign is located. I do hope you stay with us again in the future.

We were unaware it was a Motel and not a hotel with doors to the outside. They also put our two rooms in deferent buildings on different floors. We were 2 women and a man and he could not stay with both of us. The manager said she could not put us close to each and would not cancel the stay even though she was turning people away because they were full. There was also a pool of blood on the stairway to our room. We felt unsafe and unprofessionally treated.

Since you booked through a third party we are not able to cancel the booking unless you called the third party to have it cancelled. With you booking last minutes and the high occupancy we had, unfortunately we were not able to get your rooms close together. The pictures of the hotel that are posted on our website and the third party websites clearly shows that the doors to the room are outside access. The room type that you booked through the third party was a King Standard room and no were on the reservation was it stated that you needed bottom floor or an accessible room. What is sent through from the third party is what we have to go by. Next time you book online with a hotel please make sure you select the correct type of room and add it to your comments that way your request can be accommodated.As for the pool of blood, a guest had hurt herself and I was unaware of the blood on the stairwell. The next day when arriving at work I did see it and maintenance and myself cleaned and disinfected the area.
Rooms were very clean with excellent housekeeping. Beds were very comfortable. Amenities are minimal so bring your own products. Water pressure is extremely low on a busy weekend with variable temperatures. Front office staff are very kind and helpful. Nice that they offered coffee and cookies. Breakfast was hot with full buffet items. Eggs were real! Location is convenient for Trade days.

Dirty, so dirty, the sheets, the doors, the lamps, the bed skirt. No noise insulation, the ac unit kicking on and off was so jolting it woke us up every single time. Not a lot of options in canton sadly.

From the moment we arrived everyone was super friendly. We were there for a fun family day and it was raining and the front desk lady’s gave us great ideas on where to take the kids in case it didn’t stop raining. The room was clean beds were ok and the breakfast was amazing!!!! The lady in the dining room was making sure everyone had what they needed. 5 stars to the people that work here!!!!! We will be back for sure!!!!

Needs a make over
The hotel is out dated its in desperate need of a make over. Its expensive because of the Fair days but its in poor shape. Since they over charge they need to invest in fixing it up!

I do apologize that you did not enjoy your stay with us. We have started the remodel of the property in the lobby and breakfast area. Outside has also being painted recently. Rooms are so to follow. I hope that you would give the Best Western brand another chance in the future.
Pictures of building and room are not accurate to building. Room was run down looking and smelled musty. Room door had broken security lock that appeared to have been screws back in. Did not feel secure.

The outside of the building has being recently painted and we are starting this week with the room remodel. I do hope you choose to stay with us again in the future.
The staff here were amazing! We didn’t have a a charging box for phone. We live on a semi truck and we usually directly plug into truck. They provided us with one while we stayed. The place was clean the stay was quiet and peaceful, nice bed and tv and just awesome overall experience ! THANK YOU BEST WESTERN AND THANKS TO THE AMAZING STAFF IN CANTON!
