Found a fake fingernail on the floor. The carpet is repulsive. Area is grungy to the extreme. Super absurdly expensive for what you get. Staff are bad and greedy.

Tiny awkward room. Shower was especially small - I've seen bigger showers in a compact RV. And sink was located in a seperate area outside the bathroom.

It seems that you booked one of our Single Queen rooms, which due to the age of the building are a little smaller than our King rooms. I have passed on your feedback to my head office. This was a very basic and small single bed room. The parking lot was a bit sketcy with lots of walking traffic going back and forth. We had a room unfortunately located near the outside doors amd we heard people going in and out all night. There is a dennys attached to the hotel which is great since there is no free breakfast with the room. Service was okay when the front desk receptionist was there but they were often stepped outside or watching tv when we came in.for the price it was clean but I woukd probably try out somewhere else next time.

Good clean place to stay. Dennys service was great. Disappointed that checkout host couldn’t give me a receipt for the stay.

Staff was great, however, stand up shower was too small, the refrigerator made a whine, and the room could use updating of the ventilation and fixtures. Beds were good and the staff were friendly.

Hello Alen, I am sorry you felt the need to leave a review when you did not stay with us. I apologize that our attempts to reach you after you did not show up for the first night of your two night reservation were not successful, however it is your responsibility to contact expedia to cancel any reservation you do not intend to use prior to the cancellation window expiring, which for this reservation was 3 days prior to the date of check in. As we had no communication from you prior to your arrival that you would not be coming, and the phone number provided through Expedia did not answer, we followed policy and charged you for only 1 night stay + tax, as we had turned guests away that night who were looking for accommodation. Please feel free to reach out to me with any further questions.

Good for a quick place to stay for the night, was sad the pool didn't have a hot tub but no complaints about the space or hotel itself. Clean space, well taken care of, front desk staff were kind, quick, and helpful.

bathroom was tiny, but clean. We had two beds, was a nice size room and had a fridge. They accomodated a request for a ground floor room and made it right by a door, which was nice. No elevator.
