So very sad with my stay here and would like to be contacted. To find that the towel rack is falling down the showerhead fell on my son. There was a mouse in our hotel room for two nights that was eating some garbage out of the garbage can during our sleep. There was a dirty fork on the ground next to the bed when we checked in I believe the staff are trying to make this a better place, but unfortunately it needs a lot of work and The customer service was great. However, they can only do so much obviously with the facilities they have.

I like that I was able to get an earlier check in. I disliked that they didn’t take my debit visa when I asked them about it over the phone. Then they told me to get cash. So I went to get cash. Then they told me that they don’t take cash. :( we ended up staying somewhere else.

Days inn is always our go to when we are in Terrace. Their staff are always so kind and friendly. They have great amenities and the white spot makes for a great breakfast!

You get what you pay for - the rooms were big, but the cleaning was so-so (lots of dust behind furniture etc), none of the outlets worked properly for charging phones (thus why we were looking behind furniture), and apparently it's "policy" to only provide 2 complimentary breakfasts per day, even when your reservation was for your family of four. The whole reason we decided to go with this hotel was to save money; if we'd been expecting to pay for 2 additional breakfasts per day, we'd have booked somewhere nicer. (Note: the receptionist DID give us extra breakfast coupons, but made sure I knew it was as a favour, and that the policy was for 2 breakfasts per day only - I told her she should let her manager know that policy is not explicit anywhere during the reservation process.) Also, the TV service is very limited and you can't cast from a device to the TV so you're out of luck for streaming video unless you do so on your phone/iPad (not ideal if you want to watch a movie with the kids before bed). It's adequate, as far as lodging goes, but I'd probably stay somewhere else if I needed a hotel in the area in the future.

The reception staff is amazing. Very friendly, pleasant and helpful. The hotel infrastructure however is old and outdated. Lots of things in the rooms do not work. The best thing about the room is the very comfortable bed.

I always stay at your hotel, maybe 15 times a year. Last week I was there for 2 nights, I found 2 empty beer cans under my bed as I was looking for my phone that I dropped. Not very impressed.

The Management of DAYS INN TERRACE Hotel takes the pest controlling / rodents issues very seriously as the safety and comfort of your guest is our top priority. Employs a comprehensive detection program which maintain the highest levels of vigilance. Our housekeeping and maintenance department (collaborate with pest control services) to perform regularly schedule inspections.In the unlikely and unusual event a guest suspects a problem, the guest is relocated, the area in question or room is isolated to determine whether a problem exists and, if warranted the situation immediately remedied. Our complete treatment program includes full treatment of the room, treatment of all rooms surrounding the reported room.We have a partnership with Orkin Canada Pest Controlling company and they will take further action and follow up.We appreciate the time you took to share your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the future. You can not change tv channels with out pointing the remote to the box behind the tv cabinet unit. Hense standing by the wall right at the tv. This is a Real pain I would highly suggest changing this.
