"My friend and I booked this room as a place to stay to take a break in the middle of traveling. When we booked the room we did not read reviews first, after booking we checked the reviews and were horrified. We did not want to stay here after seeing the reviews but with what little time we had left we decided to check it out anyways. We were shocked with the cleanliness of the room, thinking it would be way worse given what we read. There was no bad smells like people where saying. The bedding was clean, the room was cozy, only complaint I have is with the bathroom. The bath tub looked like it had not been properly cleaned in a while, we were not planning on using it to begin with but if I had to I would not have used it. This is a very cheap motel, you get what you paid for. Given how cheap it was I really cannot complain, everyone leaving horrible reviews are likely people expecting a 5 star hotel. Again, you get what you pay for. We would stay here again if needed "

"A quaint little cozy cottage hidden and nestled beside the Credit River. The river is a stone's throw away and it sounded lovely in the background throughout our stay. It's easy to forget that Brampton is only 20 minutes away as you feel as though you're in the middle of nowhere. The perfect restful vacation we needed."

"Clean room, VERY spacious, great checkin instuctions. One small i.provement would be to have either more boot trays at the main entrance, or a boot tray in the room. Didnt love putting my salty wet wi ter boots right on the beautiful hard wood floors!"

"I canceled the day I was supposed to check in because I had no access to the property and the owner didn’t answer my phone call and he messaged me the next day stating that I had canceled on December 15th which was untrue and I’m waiting for my refund for the inconvenience. "
