"The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, with a great view. The room was also larger than we expected, a big plus. Breakfast annd shower were awesome. The staff were helpful. We enjoyed the location, near several subway stops and inside a park area. They let us check out late which was super helpful. Small points to consider: 1. Our taxi, hailed by the staff who explained our destination to the driver, took us to the wrong museum. Recommend only using uber. 2. The toilet room light was bright and came on during nighttime visits, waking everyone up. Recommend smaller night light. "

"if in hurry and want and quick commute to the train station and dont mind staying out most of the day and pay about $260 per day. ( we are three people. 2 beds). then i would say take this. by the way. there is no breakfast. many many places to eat in walking distance. not a shopping district ( stay in Ginza or Shinjuku if you are into shopping) my reccomendation is book a month ahead and book in Ginza or Shinjuku. and take a hotel with the breakfast included ( ask for luxry breakfast with both western and japanese items). you will get it for the same price or even lesser depending on when you go. i think the prices are cheapest in summer and deep winter. they clean the rooms daily. staff is good. no breakfast. there is on-site laundry. i am visiting Japan for the first time so i did not knaw any better. but if i have to visit Japan again i wont stay at this place simply because i think i can find a better value. this place is not expensive but its not cheap either. definetly not a luxury place. "

"Fantastic hotel in lovely area of Tokyo. Staff were very accommodating, the hotel had great amenities including a public bath and the hotel breakfast was a great spread. I enjoyed the abundance of information provided on the hotel room TV. "

"Nice location, easy to get to the train and easy to find. The facilities and view were great and the staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were fine - not spectacular for space (to be expected in Japan) and the bathroom wasn’t great compared to other facilities we had. Having a laundry facility and kitchen in the room was fantastic. Water and coffee were available in the lobby, which was good. We didn’t take advantage of the new reception area but would have enjoyed that if we had more time. Overall a good experience. "

"Decent breakfast, though not many tables to eat at. Good coffee/latte maker in the lounge. Rooms are small Japanese style. Beds were VERY hard! I could feel th springs coming through the bed I was in. Also, these rooms are only big enough for two adults and maybe one small bed sharing child. twin beds small!"

"Everything worked well but I would recommend you have the swimming pool in operation and perhaps thinking about adding a jacuzzi tub or two. "
