The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This accommodation does not offer: air conditioning. The building in which the accommodation is located has an elevator. This vacation rental features a private balcony for your evening relaxation. It´s situated in San Andres, a small untouristy village .Five minutes walk to the lovely beach Las Teresitas, S/C de Tenerife. There are a lot of restaurants,specializing in fish,but also meat and italian restaurant. Oposite the flat is one of the best restaurants in Tenerife,La Posada del Pez, and next to this there is a Japanese restaurant. There is a supermarket, Chemist,and greengrocer in the village square. San Andres has an excellent bus service,with buses to and from Santa Cruz every 10 minutes(bus 910). The North and South airport have a regular service to Santa Cruz bus station, where you can catch the 910 to San Andres. You can buy a bono for the bus which costs 15 euros and gives you a discount on all your journeys. The car hire is cheap on the island.I recommend hiring by internet because it is cheaper. There are several mini markets and one decent Supermarket within walking distance. Walking to the Beach was a dream, and the Beach was a bigger dream: no real waves the water was warm enough in mid November. i went swimming almost every day. we took the bus to Santa Cruz to get day trips to the volcano, and yeah that was priceless. ##### Daniel H.
