The location of the property was top-notch, however the actual rooms within the hotel were old, dated, and little left to be desired. We actually saw a big roach on our balcony - not a great impression. Our rooms were small and the bathroom walls were yellow stained.

Nice clean hotel but let down by the food
The hotel was nice and clean ,the staff were friendly and helpful . I had to pay €15 for parking but Puerto is a nightmare to park so I didn’t mind too much . I put my stuff in the safe and then it locked it in . I had to then pay €4 a day for the safe to get a code to open the safe . The room was nice and clean but no coffee making facilities or fridge . The pool was ok and clean . We were kept awake by a party going off in the hotel until after midnight . Then theirs the food !!! Not very nice at all and Luke warm this was for both the evening and breakfast . I wish we would have gone breakfast only so we could have gone out for dinner . We were also left trapped in the hotel as nobody told us about a cycle race that closed the hotel car park all day .

This is a fabulous hotel. We very much enjoyed our stay. Very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Pool was nice. Location was great. We also enjoyed the spa. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Loved my stay!
First off location was perfect. Right by everything but quiet on the end. Staff 💗 was the best out my entire stay on Tenerife. The nicest most helpful from front desk to housekeeping. I’d stay anytime I’m in Tenerife.

A superb location, friendly staff and good facilities at a reasonable cost. The only 'downside' were some hidden charges in having to rent the safe in the room. Having said that would certainly consider staying there again.

Great location near the brach and boardwalk. Beautiful hotel, nice pool. Spa is a bit expensive and the room are not huge but very good for price with balcony

When we arrived to our room the videt Was dirty. I cleaned it with a tissue and what ever it was it was brown( i think it was s#@#@#) and also there was hairs in the sink. We told reception and all they said was "really sorry". Only when we went the second time they offered a complimentary spa and a bottle of cava. This is not the quality of cleaning you expect for a 4* hotel.

Amazing hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly. The location is perfect! If you want the best view, in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz, this is the spot to stay. Can not wait to return!

I felt the staff were pleasant. The car park was quite expensive at 30€. The hotel is very dated, not at all like the photos very disappointing. I certainly wouldn’t stay there again.

Extremely well placed (in front of the only beach) and central, lovely hotel, amazing decoration and style. Good breakfast and decent dinner options. Extremely helpful staff, lovely sea view, probably the best hotel in Puerto de la Cruz you can find. Only parking is an issue, but that's not the hotel but the entire area suffers from lack of parking spaces.

Great hotel
Great hotel right near the water and close old town. We had trouble with getting wifi in our rooms for a couple of days and Maria at the front desk was super helpful in getting our rooms changed. We ended up getting a great view of Tiede (once the clouds decided to let us see it lol). Great breakfast buffets btw. Location is fantastic, and staff were always friendly. I’d stay here again easily.

Nice hotel beachfront setting , convenient for mums hospital treatment ten minutes walk- needed to move rooms as mum needed a bath and the original rooms had shower- I had requested a bath when we booked - and paid for a sea view but apparently there weren’t any sea view rooms with a bath so mum had to chose the view which was lovely or a bath it was a tough choice But she chose the bath so we moved rooms .. we still had sea view with shower

We stayed 7 nights at Sol Costa Atlantis and we had no problems with anything. Every night was quiet and we could hear the waves. Is really close to the beach. We had half board and every night at dinner was something different and delicious. You could choose between fish, red meat, chicken or vegetarian. If you buy wine at dinner they will keep your bottle at the fridge writing a sticker with your room number and give to the next day. Big and clean room. The only thing that we didn’t like was the price of parking. So we went up to the hills near Cepsa Gas Station to park for free for about 10 minutes walking.

Hotel was okay. The cleaning was inconsistent. Out of mine days, our room was cleaned 6 times, even though we had out the sign asking for cleaning every day. Every cleaning (except for two) happened after 2PM, which is very late and inconvenient. Staff was friendly and helpful, and their English was alright (not good, though). The city had very poor weather for most of our stay. Beware as this is normal for the north part of the island.

From some previous reviews we were a bit concerned but other than the breakfast the hotel was great, it is in a fabulous position, for the town facilities, and if you had a sea view room the view is fabulous. We had a street view but, because of the weather, never used the balcony so it did not matter. Regarding the breakfast comment, the choice is extensive and very good apart from the fact that that if you like a hot breakfast it was warm, every day, the scrambled egg, beans, bacon and sausage were, to us, not right. The fresh cooked fried eggs and omelettes were great. The cheese cold meat and salad also great, so perhaps we are fussy !.

Very unhappy with the quality of food and drinks especially given the rating of the hotel. Also Paid €122 euro for 2 half hour massages and a bottle of sparkling wine that was available in the local supermarket for only €3. This was advertised as champagne and the spa and sauna was already part of our room deal. Definitely feel taken advantage of.
