Wonderful apartment. Spacious and a massive terrace. Tea, coffee, sugar, dishwashing tablets all present. A nice touch. Unfortunately the big pool was closed but the other pools were open, so no big issue. I can recommend the apartments, make sure you have a car to get around.

We enjoyed our stay at Royal Tenerife Country Club. The room was really big and in excellent condition. The only drawback was that we had an ant invasion in the bedroom one day just before going to bed and we had to change the bed sheets ourselves since no personnel was available.

The staff is second to none, second time staying here and I like coming home. Its a shame the people that run the pool bar are so rude and unwelcoming!! The main resort staff are 1st class...

Short stay
Well what can I say about our trip. Firstly, I have been around the world and back, I’ve got to say staff at the Tenerife county club staff we’re professional, some of the best I’ve seen. They were so helpful, excellent customer services. They stayed in contact via what’s Ap and frequently checked in with us. If or when I had a question or even required a booking at a restaurant, they went over and above my expectations. We even had an issue with our transfers back to the airport, they contacted them and kept in communication with us all the time. We were even stopped on the main road by one of their staff when she was going home, to see if we were getting to the airport okay. I was so impressed. The resort was beautiful and the pool bar was a real hit. Unfortunately we didn’t manage to get into the pool but it looked beautiful. The apartments were set up wonderful, with every thought counted for. I would definitely recommend this place. Although, it is predominantly a golfing resort, so if you love golf, this is the place to be. Thank you to especially to Iratxe

The Apartment was clean and very comfortable with proper air conditioning units in the bedrooms and lounge areas, huge patio area with comfortable seating and 2 sun beds, the pool area was clean and water was warm in the smaller pool, the larger pool was colder but once you get in it’s lovely, reception staff are wonderful and welcoming and can’t do enough for you, and communication is very easy as they give you a WhatsApp number to contact them, and not forgetting the bar / restaurant in the middle of the pool the chap that runs it is funny as and loves his football if you want to watch any game just ask him, all in all a fantastic place to visit, thank you everybody well be back again very soon

It is always a pleasure to stay at RTCC. The greeting from reception on arrival to departure is excellent. The staff are friendly and so helpful whilst maintaining a very professional attitude. This also applies to housekeeping and maintenance. No faults whatsoever and can’t wait to return

We only stayed here for 1 night (due to working out cheaper with flights) but it was very nice and would like to go back. The apartment was very nice and in lovely condition. The balcony was huge, the only negative being there was no shade cover. The complex nice, good convenient shop, ok pool bar and within walking distance of other bars/restaurants.

Perfect apartments for Golf Del Sur golf trip.
Absolutely love this place, nice and relaxing with everything yo need on hand. Staff are fantastic and really helpful. A nice pool, supermarket on site and just a short walk from fantastic restaurants and pubs. We were golfing at Golf del Sur and it is definitely the best place to stay if that’s what you’re planning as you just walk down the path to the club, no need for a taxi. 1 bedroom apartment ideal for 2 golfers as most have a double sofa bed and a double bed, although last year we did get them to change to 2 singles. Apartments are excellent and have everything you would need if you fancy self catering, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Great wee pool bar that does good food, snacks during the day and dinner at night. 2 tv’s with loads of channels including Sky Sports BT Sports. Excellent value for money.

Home away from home, the apartment had everything we needed to be self-catered with small children. Quiet location, away from the busy and noisy towns. Communication with reception during the stay is super easy via WhatsApp. We would stay again in the future.

Stayed at the Royal Tenerife Country club for 4 days/3 nights. The 1 bedroom apartment was spacious, contained 2 bathrooms and was furnished to a high standard. Dishwasher and filtered water available in the kitchen along with fridge freezer, microwave and coffee machine. The bedroom was airconditioned, as was the lounge area, each of which contained a TV with UK channels. Free use of safe is included in the room as is wi-fi access throughout the resort. The outside balcony was elevated as all 1 bedroom apt's are on the top floor of a 2 floor level so those with a mobility issue may need to request a ground floor. Views from the furnished balcony, with sunbeds, were great overlooking the airport, golf course and sea views. The apartment was a short walk to the pool area which had plenty of sunbeds, 3 pools, 1 of which is heated and 1 for toddlers. Onsite there's massage parlour, a new hairdressers and a small convenience store ideal for those essentials as well as a car hire/excursions. A 12-15 min walk takes you to the local town of San Blas or a cab is €7/€5 for round trip or a bus stop is within 3 mins walk from the complex. Those staying for a short period don't have towels changes/beds changed/made.

It is a beautiful place, the apartment very comfortable and modern, has to make barbecue, large terrace, the green areas cared for, two swimming pool, one heated a small supermarket well stocked and at normal prices, golf course .The only unpleasant point is the restorant in The Center of the pool,,,the waitress is unpleasant and treats customers like garbage.I made a complaint at the reception but they told me that they rent the place, they are not employees of the hotel.....the hotel employees are very good, cordial and friendly. When I return to the Canary Islands I will go again... my husband loves golf and the golf course is great. Thank you

Very good - economical place to stay in Tenerife but the place is isolated with no shops or restaurants around. If you don’t drive, then you need to depend on the taxi for everything but overall good place to stay with good facilities. We enjoyed staying here with some planning for food and travel.

Very very clean and well equipped. The terrace on our two bed apt was enormous. Staff are so helpful and so friendly and courteous. Always did what they said and followed up e.g.when we had a bad smell in the bathroom, they called to check it was ok on two occasions. Couldn't fault it.
