We loved staying at Laguna Park! Good food and entertainment plus the hotel is very central. Beach close, Aqualand close, Siam Park close . It was the best holiday ever ✌️

the hotel was spotless clean,there was a different choice for food everyday. only one problem shower only runs hot for 3 mins then you have to wait for it to heat up,that was the only problem but the hotel is lovely we booking up for next year too.

The staff were very friendly and polite. The food in the restaurant was really nice with good choices. We went all inclusive as we took our small Grandchildren. The children liked the half hour for the children's disco and the quiz/bingo were fun. The pool and pool area was cleaned everyday. The rooms were clean but a bit dated and could do with a revamp but you get what you pay for. Wifi only worked in reception. The 'All Inclusive' stopped at 10.30pm. It is close to the water parks, which are well worth a visit... But remember your water shoes.

Laguna Park 1 Apartments
The Laguna Park 1 is an excellent place to stay. I stayed for 4 nights all inclusive. The apartment is very big, the lounge /kitchen has a balcony overlooking the restaurants outside and the entrance to the apartment was a few steps to the pool area. The pool is big and deep in some areas and shallow in one end so it's suitable for adults who want to swim and for families with children. The buffet restaurant had everything you wanted to eat for all three meals and in between there were snacks outside by the pool. There is childrens entertainment early evening in the bar. Its location is an easy stroll to shops, restaurants and bars and to the sea front promenade. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return here for my next stay in Tenerife Ask for the pool side apartments with the road view when booking. My apartment was 217A

Nice hotel in beautiful area
The apartment was spacious and most importantly clean. Surprisingly the lights in the rooms were far too dark especially in the kitchen area. Nevertheless we had a very nice stay in the hotel.

Hotel is fine. Basic but clean.
Hotel is in great location. Room is basic but is clean. They are cleaned regularly and staff are fine. No complaints. Only downfall was breakfast. If you like sausages and bacon you will be disappointed. The sausages taste like nothing I have ever tasted before and the bacon (substitute) is, if your British, not what you would expect. Maybe its a Spanish version, looks like a strip of leather - tasteless. There is however some restaurants just outside the Hotel offering a large breakfast for around euro 3.50.

THE ONLY DISAPPOINTING THING ABOUT MY STAY WAS I WAS HALF BOARD & THE HOTEL WOULDNT ALLOW YOU TO TAKE A SMALL BOTTLE OF WATER IN DINING AREA WITH YOU TO WASH DOWN YOURE DINNER. YOU HAD TO BUY WATER FROM THEM. COMON CANT EVEN GIVE GUEST'S A GLASS OF WATER FREE WITH YOURE EVENING MEAL.

Bug standard hotel
The rooms are clean, but you get the very very basic of everything. Towels are very old, but clean. The food was awful. But a reasonable variety of drinks. Restaurant staffs are rude and impolite. The worst part of the hotel for us was the fact that they have NO WIFI in the rooms. Do not be decieved, although they say Wifi is available, this is only within the reception area. You can't even get the signal in the bar next door to the reception. You literally have to stand right in the reception to get the signal, and even then it was extremely slow.

5th quick trip to Tenerife this year. 2nd time to this hotel. It's not 5 star but you know that, the hotel is cheap, cheerful and clean. In a busy part of Costa Adeje, bars close by, supermarket next door. Does what it says on the tin

Just got home - can't wait to get back!
We have just returned from a week in Laguna Park 1. Reading the reviews I was a little worried, but this turned out to be ill founded! The rooms although basic, are very clean. The maids come into your room every day (even Sunday!). The service that we received from the hotel staff was second to none. We had a couple of problems, first, we couldn't work out how to use the safe (needs 6 digits not 4) and our room stopped locking. Both times we asked reception for help and someone was at our room within 5 minutes. We can't comment on the food as we were self catering and we only used the hotel bar one time - and to be fair it was dead in there, but the bar staff did make us feel very welcome. The pool area is fine, but you do get sunlounger hoggers so try and be out early to get a decent sunbed and position. Yes, you do have to rent the TV - but who watches TV when you're on holiday, if you want to watch TV stay at home!!! The kitchen was well appointed with equipment, no electric kettle, but it wasn't hard to boil water on the hob. No hairdryers in the apartment which caught me out - but my hubby found a travel one in a shop for €17, so no problem there either! Overall, I would recommend this hotel and will definately return, without hesitation!

Laguna Park 1 is very basic - a bit like camping but in a building rather than a tent. It's a noisy place to stay but clean and in a good location. The only annoying part of our holiday were the shop and restaurant touts trying to drag you into shops and bars. Despite this, we will be returning to Tenerife again this year but will be staying at a different establishment.

Avoid like the plague.
Do not go to this hotel. The pools are filthy, we did not venture inside. The tiles in and out of the pool are also badly cracked. The apartments lack basic facilities, eg no kettle or cutlery/crockery. Beds are dreadful. Maid service every other day - they rehang your dirty towels and remake your dirty sandy beds. We had a nice view of a lapdancing bar. Very noisy as above shops/bars on one side. No childrens play area despite what it might claim. Nothing for kids unless you count the odd show at 10pm when they are asleep. Bar depressing and horrible. Did not try food. Needs a major makeover. Worst place we have ever stayed.

If all you're looking for is a cheap apartment that's clean, then this would be fine. The hotel is a bit jaded but the staff are lovely. Haven't eaten here so can't comment. We used this as a cheap base to sleep in as we were out and about day and night. Didn't see a single cockroach

Das Objekt befindet sich in guter Lage.Deas Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend.Wir haben es wegen der Lage ausgewählt.Fehlende Schranktüren und Möbel in etwas abgewohntem Zustand stachen ins AugeDas Personal war ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend.Das ist ein Grund warum wir wieder buchen würden.Weiterhin ist die Lage sehr gut.Gaststätten und Bars in der Nähe.Für Partygänger ist der Rumpot gegenüber zu empfehlen.
