The suites are spacious with generous outdoor space and seating areas. Breakfast has a lot of variety. Common pool area is clean and not crowded. The location is quiet but is close enough to restaurants in La Caleta.

Villa was spacious, clean and tidy. Kitchen appliances such as oven and microwave could fo with updating. Restaurants served good quality food but menu a litle limited for a longer stay. Room service food wasn't great at all, so only used once. Shop on-site and nearby supermarket were convenient for supplies for smaller meals.

The hotel is excellent and we like the villa as it gives us room and the feel of our own place. The staff are great with the kids and are very professional, however they seem understaffed expecially at breakfast. La Caletta area is an old fishing village totally unrecognisable now with lots of 5 star hotels and restaurants. The only negative was the pool area and i addressed this with reception. On our first week it was fine and there was no issues but on our 2nd week people were placing towels down at 7am to reserve sun loungers and you wouldnt see them till early afternoon which i think is very selfish and shouldnt be allowed, hopefully the hotel addresses this as its really the only negative from our stay.

Pleasant and enjoyable stay
Great staff and service, hotels villas are excellent for those that enjoy their privacy. Very well appointed, would recommend getting one with a hot tub. Breakfasts were good, mix of self service and waiters. We brought our bikes so it was a good if expensive alternative to renting our own place. The venue is ideally suited for families with kids. The location is very quiet on the edge of new developments, but its only a short walk down to La Caleta and many restaurants though the standard is a bit hit and miss, not really an authentic Spanish/Canarian experience, very geared to tourists. Overall a very nice hotel and pleasant stay.

A great find
Villa Maria was a find Initially I was fearful that it would mean taxis everywhere but no 10 mins downhill to la Caleta and a little longer to walk back!several good restaurants there loads of choice Staff in villa maria were so friendly and obliging and extended our checkout time free by 2 hrs Everywhere was spotless We will be back

Nice place for young families
This is a good property for young families in particular I would recommend less for couples looking for luxury - the villas whilst quite spacious don’t really have a wow factor they are comfortable but not what I would describe as 5 star luxury - feels like good quality self catering accommodation rather than hotel A number of things are closed so you can’t get a drink after 9pm the breakfast wasn’t a great experience they hotel has tried really hard to make it Covid safe but all the food is in individual plastic boxes - selection is isn’t really that great there is no live cooking stations etc On very steep hill so an easy walk into La Caleta for dinner but need a cab back if you have had a big meal and some drinks I thought the pool bar at the hotel was ok but probably 30% more expensive than other 5 star properties we have stayed at nearby Staff were excellent Kate and Christina were lovely a good fun giving us rides back to the villa after too many glasses of wine with dinner Also a good place if you like golf

We only stayed here one night, so we did not get the full benefit of this lovely hotel. However, our welcome was lovely and we had the best meal of our stay in the restaurant for lunch.

Short Stay!
We booked the hotel after getting caught up in the tenerife sand storm and flights were grounded. After a couple of hours our flight was back on so all I can tell you that the place looked stunning and the staff were absolutely fantastic. Although it was great to finally get home we were Dissapointed we didnt get to stay the night in the stunning villa.

The stay was amazing, all of the staff were incredibly helpfull and polite. The restaurant had amazing food and a good wine cart. The room had a breathtaking view, and the cleaners did a fantastic job. I have no negative remarks about the hotel, i would recommend staying at villa maria if you decide to visit tenerife

We stayed at Villa Maria for my 40th celebrations with my family - 13 people in total from my 8 year old daughter to my 93 year old grand father. The hotel was well located in a nice part of Adeje, with many activities nearby, and Playa la Caleta a 15 minute walk with several excellent restaurants. The villas were larger than I expected all with views to the Atlantic Ocean. They were close to the hotel pool and restaurant. If the uphill walks were too much the wonderful hotel staff were happy to whizz us up on a buggy. The breakfast spread was delicious, and evening meals were great, if a bit pricey.

We were here for a family holiday - kids 10 and 12 - and absolutely loved it. Amazing service throughout with nothing being too much trouble. Breakfast was superb and the pool is excellent too. The villa was a great space, even though we didn't spend too much time in it, and having the two bedrooms, with 'proper' beds for the kids as opposed to a couch bed, was fantastic.

Great for a quieter area to stay. Facilities of the hotel/villa was perfect for our family. The included breakfast had everything you could want. Walking distance to a small town 'La Caleta' for more restaurants. Limited shops near by but taxi distance to a supermarket. No loud drinking parties/hen/stag do's. Swimming pools well great, lovely setting and friendly staff. Happily come back!

Fantastic hotel with amazing staff, the location is great very close to many attractions, we unfortunately stayed most days at the hotel as the facilities for the kids were just incredible. Everyone working there goes the extra mile to make you comfortable and all really friendly with the kids. I am already planning to come back to the same place

Wonderful Hotel! Highly Recommend.
We just spent a week at Villa Maria and had a fabulous time. Our three bedroom villa was perfect for the 5 of us. The hotel grounds are lovely, the staff friendly, and the breakfast buffet was terrific. We also really enjoyed the location of the hotel, just up the road from La Caleta. Much better than being in Adeje by all the hotels. The only negative was the terrible hairdryer in the villa.

Lovely private villas in a great location
A great business model - private villas with your own small garden (or Jacuzzi / pool on the larger villas), plus all the benefits of a hotel e.g. restaurants, bars, pools, room service, baby sitting etc. The location is also great - surrounded on 2 sides by a golf course and an easy walk to the small fishing village of Caletta with an abundance of great restaurants.

Peaceful retreat
We stayed in a lovely two bedroom villa. The villa is well designed and spacious with a garden, jacuzzi and balcony on the first floor. All well furnished and clean. Hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included with a full tasty buffet. The hotel layout gives you privacy with tropical planting outside the villas and along the path ways. The pool areas have plenty of sun beds and are clean and tidy. We stayed at the beginning March and found the hotel to be tranquil and relaxing. Just a short journey to local fishing village with plenty of restaurants to choose from.

A perfect setting for a perfect holiday
A great holiday. The local area was tasteful and had good restaurants. Great for walks along the coastline and places of interest if you hire a car. Mount Teidi national park is amazing and the whole family enjoyed Siam park. We found Adeje and hotel villa maria a clean and well kept area. On the whole a beautiful pleasant place to be. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Nice little hotel.
We were there in late August 2016. Overall the hotel is nice and the Villas are great. The staff are all very helpful and score 10/10. There are guests around but the hotel never feels crowded. The only issues are 1) the food is limited. Both restaurants offered the same menu for dinner which after a couple of days became a little boring; and 2) the hotel is a taxi ride from the nearest sandy beach (although taxis are not expensive).
